Positive Psychology Resources

Here are some websites and books that Kate has found useful recently.  They are mostly from the field of Positive Psychology, or the ‘Science of Happiness’  as it is sometimes known.  Kate is especially interested in applying the latest insights from Positive Psychology to help businesses and organisations improve their performance, as well as the well-being of their staff.  She is currently working with the University of East London and the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, investigating self-efficacy (confidence) and the Impostor Phenomenon in successful entrepreneurs.
